Prescription refill requests require your dermatologist to review the request before any prescription can be authorized. Prescriptions will not be refilled if you have not been seen by one of our providers in over a year. Check the number of refills first since many prescriptions still have refills of which you are unaware.
There are several ways to refill your prescription:
- Online by Patient Portal: The fastest way to get your prescription refill request is by using our Patient Portal. Please click here to access the Patient Portal. You will need to know your username and password. Call our office if you do not have your username and password.
- Contact your pharmacy directly: You may request a prescription refill by contacting your pharmacy. Most large pharmacies also have automated menus that you can use anytime. They will send your refill request to us by fax or electronically. Please allow 1-2 business days for your request to be addressed.
