Christopher Ha, MD, FAAD
Medical Director / Board Certified Dermatologist
Dr. Christopher Ha is a Board Certified Dermatologist and founded Roseville Dermatology in 2006 with the goal of creating a patient-centered dermatology practice that would provide both quality of care and the highest level of customer service.
Dr. Ha was born in Vietnam and moved to the United States when he was 7 years old. He graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Molecular Biology in 1990, where he was elected into the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. In 1994, he received his medical degree from the University of Michigan Medical School, which is recognized as one of the top 10 medical schools in the United States. Dr. Ha finished in the top 5% of his class and was inducted into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society.
After a 3-year Internal Medicine residency at UC San Diego, he completed a 3-year Dermatology residency at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. Subsequently, Dr. Ha worked at The Permanente Medical Group in Roseville for six years, where he was the Assistant Chief of Dermatology.
Dr. Ha continues his medical education by attending many educational conferences, including the annual Academy of Dermatology conference, and monthly journal club with the Sacramento Valley Dermatology Society.
He is married to a Kaiser pediatrician and has two children. In his free time, he enjoys training for triathlons and marathons, swimming, cooking, and being a chauffeur for his kids.
Shannon Sgro, PA-C
Physician Assistant
Shannon Sgro is a certified Physician Assistant specializing in Dermatology and has been on our staff since 2007. After receiving her undergraduate degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, she graduated cum laude at the Western University of Health Sciences Physician Assistant program where she received special training in Dermatology. Her areas of interests include skin cancer, acne, psoriasis, hair loss, and women's dermatology. Shannon also has extensive experience with laser and cosmetic procedures. Shannon lives in Roseville with her two sons.
David Hagemann, PA-C
Physician Assistant
David Hagemann is a certified Physician Assistant specializing in Dermatology. He has been at Roseville Dermatology since 2015. He graduated from the University of Southern California Physician Assistant Program in 1998. After working in cardiology and emergency medicine, David spent 13 years in a dermatology practice in Danville, CA. Prior to being a PA, David attended Long Beach State University and was a Hospital Corpsman in the Navy assigned to the United States Marine Corp. David enjoys spending time with his wife and two children as well as mountain biking.
Celeste Sandbank, RN
Laser and Aesthetic Registered Nurse
Celeste has been a Registered Nurse for twenty-one years. For the past eleven years, she has worked exclusively in medical aesthetics and has gained extensive experience with lasers and injectables. Celeste lives in Rocklin with her fiance and three kids. In her free time she enjoys prospecting for gold, gems, minerals and fossils with her family and three Chihuahuas.
Ragen McKenna, RN
Laser and Aesthetic Registered Nurse
Ragen graduated from St. Mary's College of CA with a Bachelor's degree in Business and a minor in Economics which she used during her previous career in finance. After discovering her passion for the medical field, she returned to school and graduated with honors from the Shoreline College Nursing Program. Prior to joining Roseville Dermatology, Ragen worked at a cosmetic surgery center in Seattle. She loves to learn and is constantly expanding her knowledge of new treatment options. She prides herself on helping her patients achieve their cosmetic goals with safe and effective techniques. During her free time, she enjoys interior design and exploring local bars and restaurants. She can often be found on the hiking trails near Folsom Lake with her husband and two dogs.
Carly Groth
Retail Director
Carly has been with Dr. Ha at Roseville Dermatology almost from the beginning in 2006! She has extensive experience in the make-up and skin care business. Carly listens and loves helping patients find the perfect skin care protocol that matches their concerns. She believes strongly in patient education—not just telling the patients “what” to use, but educating them in “why” each product was chosen specifically for them and what they can expect it to do for the present beauty and future health of their skin. She is an expert in SkinMedica, Sente, Obagi, and Colorescience. In her free time, she enjoys boating, wake boarding, and dancing. She is very involved in her church and family activities.

Molly Benoit
Office Manager / Customer Service Manager
Molly joined the Roseville Dermatology team in 2011 as our office manager and has over 20 years in customer service. She was born in Southern California and raised in Denver, Colorado. Molly returned to California in 2001 and worked as an office manager in a busy plastic surgery practice until she moved to Roseville to be close to family. Molly loves working in Dermatology and is passionate about giving our patients excellent customer service and educating patients about skin care. She lives in Roseville with her son and daughter. She enjoys traveling and spends her free time volunteering at church and attending kids sports activities.
