How does laser hair removal work?

How many hair removal treatments are necessary?
Laser hair removal devices can only treat active hair follicles. Because hair follicles grow in cycles, most patients require 3-6 sessions for optimal results, depending on the location and the density of their hair follicles. Some people do require occasional maintenance treatments.
